It is the winter, it's cold, and you want to warm up with a cup of cafe cocoa. In order to make the perfect cup, you need to add in the right mixture of coffee and hot cocoa. Here are some directions in order to make your perfect cup:
- One stream will be the ready made coffee (50 degrees F)
- One stream will be the ready made hot cocoa (95 degrees F)
- Pump each stream into a mixed batch
- Regulate the temperature of the batch so that it reaches no more than 75 degrees F at any given time
- Regulate the pressure of the batch so that it does not overflow (maximum pressure is 75 cm)
