Goal

The Reporting Team has been asked to transition their Tableau dashboards to PowerBI by June 2027. The following is a plan for this transition.

Contigencies

This plan is contingent on the availability of network connections from PowerBI Desktop Pro to the Metadb reporting database and Cornell Fabric server environment by June 1, 2026.  As a temporary measure, dashboards can be set up to use Excel files as a data source until direct connections to the Metadb reporting database can be made.

Dashboards

Dashboards will be converted from Tableau to PowerBI in order of priority.
