In the event of an unplanned FOLIO outage:
HOSTING
- Submit an EBSCOConnect case and call the support line as outlined: Contact EBSCO Hosting
- If necessary, post on the FSE Slack Channel
LIBRARY
- Post outage on Library #folio-info-and-support Slack channel
- Include suggestion to use Offline Circ
- Notify CIRCADMIN-L@list.cornell.edu of the outage and request that folks to use Offline Circ (this will change when CUL FOLIO email list is populated)
- Notify TSVOYAGE-L@list.cornell.edu of the outage (this will change when CUL FOLIO email list is populated)
- Situational: notify AUL Simeon Warner and/or Library Administration to have a CUL-wide email communication sent
When the outage is resolved:
- Notify Slack and email lists
- Request explanation and resolution of outage from EBSCO
