team size - ideally 5 (or 4) with one of us in each team (from IL and PSEC Instruction). team's are "support cohorts" – that may be or not the same groups that work or carry out the IL program in the future. Group names - buddy, bff, TBD.
these teams will be pre-assigned before immersion, but only revealed to immersion participants towards the end of the Immersion program.
