small teams coming out of immersion

small teams
team size - ideally 5 (or 4) with one of us in each team (from IL and PSEC Instruction). team's are "support cohorts" – that may be or not the same groups that work or carry out the IL program in the future. Group names - buddy, bff, TBD.

these teams will be pre-assigned before immersion, but only revealed to immersion participants towards the end of the Immersion program.

criteria for teams = cross polination, one rep from IL or PSEC instruction, 4 - 5 people.

post immersion survey
how is this going to lead to post immersion
agreed that we don't need a what didn't work question, since the Imm faculty will have something themselves. Also, our post imm survey has a catch-all question where folks can add stuff like that.

question 6 deleted "6. During the Immersion Program we asked you to form a team to continue your work. Please share with us one of your first goals for that meeting."
we decided that this kind of question can come later.

we will create a list serve for CUL Imm participants and then ask people to join.

potential BB site to move forwards for instructors, post immersion.

PROF DEVELOPMENT
share with IMM participants, a plan for speakers or stuff like that for prof development..

SUMMER - opportunities to work together – ie to work on projects, fall classes, libguides, exercises for students or other helpful tips and brainstorm about tips in groups.
lightning round - of sharing what has worked in classes, discuss something.
do this in August, nothing in July

TEAM objectives - flesh out your scenario more? or, using the last day presentations at Imm to revisit again in December - reflective on how it went. Or, ask people to share one thing that really worked well to the "toolkit" or repository that we begin to develop.
here are the learning outcomes, how have you contributed to the outcomes (one of them, at least), in your teaching this last semester?
