Change printer addresses to 10-space so can't be accessed unless on the department's network (or via VPN).
Scope
2 main printers in Admin: color and large printer
Process
- Done: Change each printer's address to a cname rather than just an IP number.
- On-going: Changing staff computers so they point to the cname rather than to an IP number.
- On-going: identify who is using which printer
- When cut-over made, any remaining computers not able to print will be changed as soon as PhysIT hears about it.
