The first thing I always try is to go to the tool bar while on the main page and choose Clear and Update Cache (under Actions). (Oliver adds: you must first select "View page in CommonSpot" from upper-right pencil icon.) It often helps. So I did it, and (the up-to-then absent rotating image news item) has emerged.

Tip:

• Got to the home page before selecting Clear and Update Cache (under Actions).
