Hi folks,

It is time for the annual renewal of our Hosting Services Customer agreement. We will be renewing on-line again this year.  Beginning later this week we will be sending individual emails asking for renewals.

Some highlights for FY11:

1. As a reminder, we are asking that you include your Customer ID number on all requests.

2. No changes to the base service rates are being made this year.

3. The pass through cost for extra storage (includes both SAN and

backup) is $5.52 per GB per year.

4. New hourly rates for custom support are $85 per hour (down from $90).
