FOLIO dashboards

  • Acquisitions (production). The Acquisition Dashboard presents statistics on Firm Orders (print and electronic) by Fiscal Year, including previous years. It also provides data on Approval titles added during current and past Fiscal Years, Serials issues received by Fiscal Year, and miscellaneous titles, such as gifts, memberships, PL480, and NPAC.
  • Cataloging (production). The Cataloging Dashboard provides statistics on Metadata and Cataloging activities for LTS and RMC materials, as well as Thesis and Shelf-Ready materials.
  • Data Clean Up (production). The Data Clean-Up Dashboard highlights problematic areas in the catalog that require attention and provides insights into regular clean-up tasks.
  • E-books Analysis.
