IRWA
The International Rural Water Association has been a partner since the very beginning of AguaClara. They were responsible for the idea of building the first flocculation/sedimentation plant at La 34. They selected the community of Ojojona for the second water treatment plant and helped fund the construction. AguaClara and IRWA continue to collaborate with AguaClara providing design guidance and IRWA sponsoring and providing project supervision for projects including the plant at Marcala.
