Materials and Methods

For studying the function and development of the flocculator, there are many possible experimental setups and analysis methods. Continuing the project initiated in Fall 2009, the same experimental apparatus and computer programs have been used. However, for more intricate analysis, additional functions have been added to Data Processor, and excel sheets have been created for a more simplified overview.
