Accomplishments

  • Designed a more effective subteam organization structure. This includes splitting up team responsibilities to every team member. Now, every subteam member is responsible for the success of an outreach team semester goal or a set of goals.
  • Organized the Aguaclara showing at Battle of the Late Night Foods: International Edition
  • Discussed some budgetary issues

Issues

  • Need to get a poster printed
  • Need more Aguaclara members to volunteer for the event on friday
