Current Status of Availability of the Metadb reporting database:
The Metadb Production reporting database is available to reporting users. Some users are experiencing problems with queries running slowly and then hanging. We have entered a ticket with our hosting team on this issue and they are troubleshooting the problem.
Current Status of Data on the Metadb reporting database:
Data on the Metadb database are synchronized with the FOLIO Production application server continuously. Testing by the FOLIO Reporting Team shows the data on Metadb are accurate.
