# Carrel card

/All Loan Types (t) and all Material types (m) are loaned for 6-months.

# SPEC card

/All Loan Types (t) and all Material types (m) are loaned for 6-months.

# Ill and BD cards

/All Loan Types (t) and all Material types (m) are loaned for 20-weeks.

#SPECIAL COLLECTIONS

/Ensure to block all requests / loans of special collection locations /SPEC cards are exempt for this rule

#NON-CIRC

/Set a general policy for (t) non-circulating to (n) no-notices, (o) no-fine-default, (i) default replacement, (r) no requests, and (l) non-circ

# Reserves Fallback Policy

/Catch any items assigned to a reserves location that has not been flipped over to another Loan Type /Set Loan policy (l) to 2-Hour due 2 hours after open

# Reference Fallback Policy

/ Catch any items that have been placed into a reference location, but the Loan Type was not changed to Non-Circ /Set loan policy to (l) noncirc

# Block NYS library Cards

/Block all privileges for NYS card holders for any Loan type, material type, etc from all libraries except the NYS ones.

#Borrow Direct Loan Policies

/Borrow direct loan polcies for materials loaned from other institutions. /Set (m) Borrow Direct material type to (l) 8-week loan, and (r) page requests allowed

#ILL Loan Policies

/ILS loan polcies for materials loaned from other institutions. /Set the first level filter to ILL material as this is the only material we wish the loan types to effect.
