Proposed convention: Begin the note type by identifying which app it is associated with, e.g., Agreements, eHoldings, or Licenses. Follow the app name with a colon, a space, and then a descriptive name for the type of note.
Examples:
- Organizations: Vendor note
- e-holdings: Specific package-level note
- Agreements: General note
