2021 Jan 7 meeting with Ann Crowley - Ann thought the following would be appropriate for all the FBO staff in her suite.  I created a set called Account Fund Manager (with ab18 appended for now).

• Finance: all permissions for View and Edit ledgers, funds, budgets and fiscal years
• Finance: Create allocations
• Finance: Create transfers
• Finance: View groups, ledgers, funds, budgets and fiscal years
• Finance: View, edit, create fiscal year
• Finance: View, edit, create fund and budget
• Finance: View, edit, create group
• Finance: View, edit, create ledger
• Finance: View, edit, delete fund and budget
• Inventory: View instances, holdings, and items
• Invoice: all permissions for Create, View, Edit and Delete invoice
• Invoice: Approve invoice
• Invoice: Download batch file from invoice record
• Invoice: Pay invoice
• Orders: View order lines
• Orders: View orders
• Organizations: View, edit, create
• UI: invoice module is enabled

Ann's team states for Invoice: "we need to be able to create, view and edit – but not delete".  In Honeysuckle that level of permission does not exist.  Ann followed up with Dennis Bridges who says that delete will be broken out in the next release.

Some notes I took while meeting with Ann:

• FBO doesn't create POs; but they need to be able to search and view agreements and orders
• we'll want to create a View/View set of permissions for FBO students
