A rough draft based on the Voyager Acq3 permissions set, which Lisa Maybury and Joanna Cerro have; need a better name for this.  How does FOLIO handle serials patterns?!  Voyager had explicit permissions for patterns.

Can this be merged with BHI del HI???

Very similar to acq3 except N Pattern_Add_Update, Pattern_Delete, Vendor_Delete, Change_Line_Item Bib; Y Pattern_View_Only.

Acq Serials - not assigned to anyone at this point (using BHI del HI instead)

Based on Voyager's ser set -which looks identical to claims (at least for RMC, just above this is the spreadsheet) except claims is Item View Only, not Add Update or Delete.  (And Vger's ser is for serials, not monographs, but FOLIO doesn't differentiate.)  Can we use this for serials AND claims?
