Lists are moderated

• Messages to the list from members and non-members are moderated unless the sender has rights to send without moderation
•  Note for Oliver only - (There is one "HR" list that needs a setting change to make this true!)

Key to columns

• Admin: Add/remove means you have full access to the Administrative Web Interface, and agrees to limit your changes to add/remove members and to not change ownership or submitters
• Admin: Settings means you have full access to the Administrative Web Interface, agrees to NOT add/remove members but does make setting changes ( owners, submitters ) upon the request of the owner and serves as primary technical support for the list.
• Receive is only noted for exceptions to the general population of the list.
