-          Update regarding Consortial Edition – Joyce and Jesse spoke with Scott Shull from SerSol and got a clearer overview of CE and what should happen there vs. in our local instances.

-          Basecamp check in

-          Training plan – Scott sent a training template.  Let's look it over and figure out if we have any questions or concerns.  I attached it here.  This is ostensibly the Cornell RM training, though we can have Columbia staff participate in some or all of it to get us all on the same page.
