The moves for Arts and Sciences, including Chemistry, are being staged over the first three Tuesdays in February (Feb. 5, Feb. 12, and Feb 19).

Chemistry has three migration dates.

• For each move date listed below, the migration will occur sometime in the early morning, presumably before ~6am.
• The few exceptions to our migration groupings identified in bold below have either already moved, or will be contacted shortly about the timing of their moves.

Feb. 5, Tuesday

          WHO: All staff (~50). And room calendars and special mailboxes (~50).

Feb. 12, Tuesday

          WHO: Select emeritus faculty and retirees. And select smaller research groups, whom CRCF will contact (total of ~10).

Feb 19, Tuesday.

          After learning from the above two migrations, everyone else in Chemistry gets migrated:

          WHO: Faculty, PostDocs, and other researchers (but //NOT// graduate students) (total of ~80).
