- Noise issues (conflicts between individual and group study)
- For high bar counters, noted that there was not enough space to spread out
- Also bar stools dragged over to e-mail kiosks instead of counter

Already helped with thinking for Knowledge Bars (need to have enough space for people to spread out); awareness of noise issue (we're not having audio on Knowledge Bar)
