Hi all:

     Here are my notes from yesterday's meetings.  I haven't added them to the wiki yet, pending Adam's work with Laurie to create a restricted area for these kinds of documents that we'd prefer to edit before posting publicly.  I've also appended the Cornell LTS staff inventory we created back in May (which contains a couple of updates) to help with get us started on item #IV from yesterday morning's planning session.  Please share this latter document on a need-to-know basis only.

     I'll be leaving the office at 12:00 today and won't return until Tuesday 9/18.  I do plan on reading and responding to email sporadically while I'm on the road (9/8 – 9/15), but you shouldn't count on me for prompt responses during that time.

     I don't know about the rest of you, but I feel pretty good about the work we did over the past couple of days.  I think we've made a great start, and I like the energy and ideas we're bringing to the project.

     Please feel free to begin scheduling our weekly Skype sessions and October F2F meetings at Columbia in my absence.  Laurie Stevens can help from the Cornell side, but it might be wise to get individuals to sign off on proposed times.  I know that both Adam and I have some tentative family commitments coming up that we may need to work around, and Boaz has some vacation time scheduled in early October (I think).
