If you need to return to Windows as an administrator
- Press 'Esc'
- Type in the password that allows you to exit SiteKiosk
- "Log off user (start settings are not changed)" should be selected in the drop-down menu. Press 'OK'
- Type the windows administrator username and password in the next pop-up window that comes up. Press 'OK'
- Log into windows as an administrator using the same username and password

If the eTT page ever gets stuck, the following steps will refresh the page in the browser:
- Press 'Esc'
- Type in the password that allows you to exit SiteKiosk
- "Configure SiteKiosk" should be selected in the drop-down menu. Press 'OK' (at this point you could also choose to exit siteKiosk and log on as a different windows user)
- Type the windows administrator username and password in the next pop-up window that comes up. Press 'OK'
- The SiteKiosk configuration program should appear. Press "OK" again, and select "Overwrite old configuration file". This will re-start SiteKiosk and refresh the trail tracker application.
