Febuary 4th:
1. Discussed creating a seperate simplified website (Googlesites) for PR purposes that we can refer potential donors to.
2. Planned to put up posters and get emails sent out about aguaclara around pre-enroll.
3. See if we can get Outreach to count for Communication/AEM/ILR Major requirement or to simply be put on their list of electives to hopefully expand participation outside of just Engineer majors.

1. Finalize detailed task list.

3. Will presented his preliminary plan for Viamericas, Discussed radio advertising and a donation matching program to raise money and awareness in agalteca.

Febuary 25:
1. Updated fundraising concert dates, and other deadlines
2. Will presented his potential donors list so far, mostly organizations with similar goals as AguaClara
