Fundraising

Fundraising is a core function of the outreach team. We develop contacts with donor organizations and establish a database of potential donors. We fill out grant applications and pursue other fundraising methods as needed throughout the semester.

In addition, we have begun to establish a process to facilitate fundraising in the future. Fundraising materials that can be easily adapted to help future outreach teams in the fundraising process are available through the Outreach Resources pages. Where we have materials to help with awareness, contact lists, and grant materials.

Summary of Fundraising Strategy

1. Outreach: Placing material about AguaClara in places people will see it.
2. Contacts: Exploring personal and professional contacts to benefit AguaClara
3. Grants: Directly applying to grants for support.
