...
- Creating goals for each year based on evidence of needs.
- Planning and executing formal and informal training and learning opportunities for CUL instructors.
- Supporting assessment of CUL instruction across all libraries.
- Coordinating LibGuides activity and training for all of CUL.
- Coordinating general library orientation workshops for fall and spring incoming students.
Goals for

2021-

2022
- Explore the possibility for the creation and management of a central repository for depositing online learning objects that are used by CUL instructors. This might include instruction videos, tutorials, learning activities. Exploration will include feasibility analysis, possible recommendations for technical/software solutions and if applicable, a guide on best practices for librarians across units.
- Based on this year’s work, pilot a revised CLIQ during fall 2021. This will entail creating a shorter questionnaire, sharing it and communicating its value with CUL instructors, and sending periodic reminders to encourage uptick throughout the semester. Based on initial experience of instructors and feedback, tweak as needed for wide-spread implementation.
- Revisit the purpose of each subteam to determine if the current subteams remain practical. Rename and change, as appropriate and determined by team.
- Create a checklist for new library instructors to inform about appropriate listservs to join, pedagogy and teaching-related resources for a diverse student body, accessibility touchpoints, and other relevant resources.
- Continue to lead discussion-based programming that aligns with CUL’s Diversity & Inclusion goals and other relevant university and library priorities. This might include article discussions and end-of-semester event(s).
