  1. Housekeeping-  Welcome to Lenora! Housekeeping
  2. Announcements
    1. Gaby- run of the COFHE survey being put together.  Distributed to undergraduates across several institutions.  Attempt to put some library questions in there, but we only have so much say on this.  Wording appears to not be best for our needs.  Related to services, spaces, and collections.  Another question related to helpfulness. Assessment sub-team gave their feedback on questions but may not affect the questions.  Not sure the timeline for distribution at this point. 
  3. Subteam updates
    1. assessment- will be holding January refresher, Thursday January 25 in Stone, noon to 1pm.  Goal is for participants to leave the session with surveys ready to go for their classes. will send a reminder to folks to engage with the CLIQ.  Team is working on new survey options- non-qualtrics, single surveys for multiple sessions.  Want to organize a panel session related to results of survey and what librarians are doing with the information.  Looking at different options for this panel and where to host it- R&O, end of year, so on. 
  4. Upcoming events/projects:
    1. RNSP Mid-Year Student Staff Training conference session. Jan 18th (Thursday) at 11am  - need one or two people to co-teach (Mel might be free).  Tony has someone to ask.  Maybe Megan.   Kelee will forward abstract to help the instructors of the session plan.
    2. Design for Online: looking for volunteers to work with CTI to take the online institute and provide feedback -  how might we provide feedback, and how can we add to the content?  Kelly will update when they finish the course and when we might be able to take the course-  Should be about 9 hours total.  
    3. ARL SPEC Survey volunteer, data analytics -  need a volunteer to work on this.  Talk to CALS related to Salesforce, find other relevant campus partners that collect student data/learning measurements. Mary said she is interested.  We could ask Xin to send questions?  Mary agreed to be the point person and will recruit people if it makes sense for them to be involved.  
    4. Waiting to hear back from Scholarly Communications Group related to survey.
    5. SUNY OER initiative- Mary working with Patrice Prusko (CTI).  Waiting to hear back from the OER initiative and 20k funding for CALS, ILR, Vet and CHE Faculty.  PSEC Instruction can help brainstorm a plan of action.  We should put this on the agenda for the next meeting. 
    6. idea for spring end of semester event- OER initiative, CTI, Assessment Panel.
