    5. Programming-  membership- Kelee, Tom, Eric, Jeremy  (look at teaching with special collections as part of programming -work with Lance)

  4. Orientation

    1. Discussion on volunteering for R&O for orientation.  Need volunteers to teach orientation workshops for beginning of fall semester.  Will share lesson plans with anyone interested.  Talk about Orientation Task Force to look at the process and make future recommendations for workflow in future. Will share information with Xin to get feedback.  Need to figure out how to work with other units on campus and orientation office to ensure we stay on schedule.   Consider graduate level orientation, year round ideas, and what other details might get added later.   We may want to add running report to the library directors as well.  Idea of needing a centralized group to handle some of this instead of being funneled to task forces and committees, need for consistency for contact people.  Look at “Get Started at Cornell” video.

    1. Set goals as a large group

    2. Sub-teams can set goals for what they want to accomplish this year

    3. Get goals ready (due Aug 11) and send to PSEC Steering

    4. Leadership will draft some goals and send out

    1. Lance- job changed- works full time for RMC as instruction coordinator

    2. What is a good time to meet?  Second Wednesday at 10 am for the 2017-18 year
