- Admin: Add/remove means you have full access to the Administrative Web Interface, and agrees to limit your changes to add/remove members and to not NOT change ownership or submitters
- Admin: Settings means you have full access to the Administrative Web Interface, agrees to NOT add/remove members but does make setting changes ( owners, submitters ) upon the request of the owner and serves as primary technical support for the list.
- Receive is only noted for exceptions to the general (presumed) population of the list.
