- A summary of major work completed since last meeting based on last meeting's identified outcomes/issues

- Quantitative and qualitative results from accomplishments and outcomes.
- Potential metrics for unresolved issues.
Outcomes
- A summary of resolutions based on what was accomplished.
- New directions and ideas that result from these resolutions.
Issues
- Submitted Tech Awards Grant (TAG) after it was edited by Narayana. I also did some minor edits in order to meet the word limit
- Met and emailed with Narayana concerning TAG and the Engineering Sustainability Conference, both of these issues were resolved.
- Researched Community Foundation of Tompkins County and CUTonight as potential sources for funding. Both were ruled out due to a lack of fit with the program.
- Spoke to contact in Daily Sun about article on AguaClara (note: this was NOT Jeff Katz); they said they were working on it.
- Began looking at Ford Foundation (website crashed) and will continue doing to this week

- TAG submitted!
Outcomes
- One grant taken care of allowing us to concentrate on other grants as well as revising the 5 year plan.
- New group model is effective.
Issues
- Will draft letter fro Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation
- Will find contact as well as fill out info for the Ford Foundation (Note: this information should be carefully looked over as the Ford Foundation tends to scrutinize applications very closely.)
- Difficult and unresolved issues
- Plans for action
