Rapid Mix Design Projects

Throughout the history of the Chemical Dose Controller research team, rapid mix has been an important component of the design process.

The most recent design for rapid mix is the Fall 2009 team's rapid mix tube that was designed in conjunction with the nonlinear chemical dose controller.

The rapid mix orifice sizing algorithm is used by the Design team to design both macro- and micro-mixing for different plants based on flow rate.

The rapid mix chamber design is not currently being used in AguaClara's most recently design plants.
