Acq Unopen Reopen

Unopening and reopening records can create accidental duplicate records, so it's only given to Acq3.  Occasionally someone without Acq3 permissions needs to do this.

Invoice Line Delete

AB 8/4/21 Some staff need to delete invoice lines; but "Invoice: Can view, edit and delete invoices and invoice lines" also allows staff to delete invoices, which we don't want them doing.  We've submitted an enhancement request to have "delete invoice lines" as a separate permission.  For now we're assigning a hidden permission.  Not sure if the second line is needed.

Move Holdings and Items

There can be problems with moving something that's on order, and the app owners recommend that these permissions be issued sparingly.

Order Templates

Acq3 has this included, but supervisors wanted several other staff to be able to do this as well.
