The members of Las Mujeres ... and Grupo Fenix are interested in pursuing the possibility of designing and building solar cookers that can be prefabricated of materials that are light and portable, easily and inexpensively shipped to various places, robust and inexpensive. This team worked on a design and built most of a prototype cooker to fit these requirements. Two designs were modified, built and documented in Sabana Grande last spring. This group is building a double box cooker to the design from last spring and will be updating the documentation accordingly. The design is presented in the Final Report from last spring.
