Intro:

The mathcad code currently assumes only one riser pipe for calculations but in some instances, such as a very large plant, it would be more practical to construct several riser pipes. The main considerastion considered in this study is the price of the PVC pipe as the idamter changes. Since there won't be a large amount of pressure on the pipe schedule 40 pipe should be suitable one example of schedule is included for comparison and completeness.
