Accomplishments

• This week we had our teach-in, used the time to get valuable feed back from the team
• We developed a list of about 40 grants to apply for
• Created draft of letter for beginning of solicitation packet

Outcomes & Issures

• Pamphlet sample printed, have some corrections to make on Logo (came out fuzzy), also some spacing adjustments will be made before final printing
• Ad in LabVIEW needs to be resubmitted w/correction by next Wednesday
• Still need volunteers for 1050 presentations
• Used Teach-in to motivate teams to take action shots for new poster for most up to date poster
• Finally got found Big Cornell Logo

Action Items

• Tasks again divided and deadlines set
  o Narayan
  + Will continue investigating other donations mechanisms (due 10/1)
  + Will continue to refine Excel database for grants including deadlines, application requirements, websites.. (due 10/1)
