We're running the Demo Plant at 100mL/min with just mixed, one, two, three, and 4 day old mixed alum solution and logging the turbidities for each run. From this we will determine whether allowing alum to sit for days has an effect on particle coagulation.
Our results suggest that there is no conclusive evidence showing that allowing alum solution to age effects its ability to coagulate particles.
