11/17 - 11/28: Upgrade Cornell Test
12/01-12/05: MetaDB Dry Run data synchronization
12/08 - 12/12: Cornell Tests MetaDB
1/11 - 1/12: Cornell Production FOLIO Upgrade
1/12 - 1/16: Cornell Production MetaDB Resync Process
- We will move to Metadb 1.4 slightly later than the FOLIO upgrade to Sunflower (e.g., February or March), which will require another data synchronization
