Agenda:
- Support/Security Team Updates - Tom
- EBSCO-Cornell Slack channel shutdown and moved to Teams
- Sunflower Upgrade Schedule

- Reporting - Sharon
- Anything from CC/PC/TC - Simeon/Tom/Jenn
- TC has been having ongoing discussion about what happens to support when we randomly decide to extend the life of a release; which can expose vulnerabilities - TC will note what they are but will not be responsible for fixing them
- Jenn is on Tri-Council committee for Community Directed Development
- PC is also discussing community directed development

- Anything from WOLFcon?
- Virtual attendance is NOT comparable to in person attendance (Ann, Laura)
- Laura: Please discourage SIGs from doing working sessions at the conference
- Laura really liked Jenn's presentation on non-code contributions
- Jenn: big bonus in being able to do governance meetings in person, meet with EBSCO about a project, chatted with Harry Kaplanian; appreciate the support for being in person
- Tom: also appreciated being in person; especially side conversations
- Open discussion time - new business?
- Laura: prioritization, specifically de-prioritization
- Ex: MM SIG - being able to search MARC data through Inventory UI (Tom notes this came up in PC today)
- How do we push for solutions that are good for the project?
- Jenn shared her philosophy are not supporting by not lending our support
- Sharon suggested a white paper
- Liz: Better integration with FOLIO and special collections systems
- New issue with CaiaSoft integration
- Debra to Liz: document and send to Tom and JennĀ
