- Background: Locations are being used to show the 'ownership' of an item, who purchased it, responsible for repairs, receives fine revenue, etc. The issue is with locations that have been closed and merged with other locations leading to situations where there are 3 locations representing 1 physical location. Example ILR which contains, ILR, Hotel and JGSM. This is to start a conversation around if this is really needed, what reporting is really being done around these old locations, and/or is there a better way to store this data in FOLIO. Is this a possible feature request?
