Access Services

Access Services Administrator

All permissions provided in Access Services Staff plus:

  • Inventory - can mark items as: Intellectual item, Long missing, Restricted, Unavailable, Unknown and Withdrawn
  • Can view and modify settings related to Access Services
  • Users - can create/edit users and assign service points
  • Can mark items as Unavailable 
RMC and LTS Circulation

  • Circulation - Check-in & check-out items
  • Inventory - Can view inventory items
  • Notes - can create, edit and delete notes
  • Requests - Can create, edit and cancel requests
  • Users - Can mark loans as Claims returned and missing
Access Services Student

  • Can mark items as missing
Access Services Mark as Unavailable

Access Services Override Non-Circ

Add the ability for a user to override item blocks.
Item Notes Editor

Add the ability to create and edit item notes

*Extended permission sets extend base functionality; A base permission set must also be assigned.

All permissions provided in Accounting Fund Manager plus:

  • Finance - Create/edit fiscal years, funds and budgets, groups and ledgers.
  • Settings - can update settings related to finance and invoicing.

Cataloger Student

  • Inventory - can create, edit and delete; instance records*, holding and item records
  • QuickMARC - Can derive new MARC records, view and edit current records

*is is currently not possible to delete an instance record via the FOLIO interface
