For a new staff person it may take a day or two for them to appear in FOLIO.  You can add them manually with basic details; then, when CIT runs their scripts, further details will be added.

• Start at the FOLIO Users app:  https://cornell.folio.ebsco.com/users
• Under Actions (top right-hand corner), choose New.
• Fill in Last name, First name, Patron group, Status, Username (this should be their netid), and Email.  Then hit Save and close (bottom right).
• Once you've added the user, you can then go back in and assign permissions.
