   1. internationalization - the definition/initiative spelled out by GLOBAL CU will serve to guide the scope of our task (see below).
      
      1. broad term that encompasses teaching, research by UG, GR & Faculty, etc., that crosses borders
      2. does it mean physical mobility/transference to an other location (outside of the us).  At a future, technology could play a greater role
      3. element of cultural exchange; experiencing interaction, but does that mean interaction with international students here AND abroad?
