5/18/16: Craig to write to <PhysIT> to coordinate dates Do the IT Security one first. A later do the Windows 10 one. Keep them separate.

• Craig to invite Roger, via <PhysIT>, to present Physics IT's 20-25 minute presentation/ discussion with (all?) Physics staff on malware and what can be done to avoid problems.
  • Oliver suggests scheduling staff meeting for 45 minutes to ensure staff's questions are addressed.
• To consider adding: Roger has also created a 20-25 minute Windows 10 overview we'd very much appreciate showing Physics staff in preparation for future computer upgrades.
  • This will go a long way to ensure effective use of Windows by staff.
