Documentation of Harold Scheraga's office phone forwarding set-up.

In January 6, 2016, Harold called Chemistry IT for help with his office's phone set-up regarding forwarding calls.

He wanted to know what to buttons to press on the office phone to cancel whatever he had set up.

Oliver could not understand from Harold what the set up was, or even if what he wanted to do was activate or cancel a set-up,

This is our best guess what Harold needed:

We believe he uses "Call Forwarding Busy/ No Answer", which gets activated (by whom?) using *3, and then the 5-digit extension.

Note that # 9 will cancel either "Call Forwarding Busy/ No Answer" OR "Call Forwarding All Calls". The latter is activated using *2.
