General focus for next few months on Assessment of resources and e-resource management work:

How can we best measure and assess e-resource management work?  Quantitative and qualitative?

• KB maintenance- effect of multiple KBs?

• Licenses/amendments negotiated/signed - time spent?

• Differentiate ejournal, ebook, databases.

• Manner in which we acquire affects the workflow

• What can we count the same way we count print, what can’t?

Intota Assessment - Evaluate COUNTER reporting and recommend changes to ProQuest.  Can IA help us count our e-resource work?  What else can we use IA for?

• E-Resource use data WG @ Columbia, any similar group at Cornell?

• Overlap analysis requires view/edit permissions to Data Management (muck about too much permission) since Intota implementation

• How to handle unexpected key staff vacancies

• Information sharing - wikis, access to each other’s Intota,
