• Timeline: Evaluation done by April 15. Next steps at that point.  We should communicate some issues to PQ along the way.

-          License Records: – phase II – Can we make some headway planning and possibly starting on some license entry work?  A few aspects to work through:

• What fields do we care about, what ones can we ignore. 
• Is there data we want to include that there is not an official field for, e.g. Text/Data mining provision?
• Are there any standards we should agree to, e.g. naming conventions, etc…
• Develop a coversheet/checklist for license review?
• Select a few licenses to start with. We had planned on some NERL ones.
• Other?

Liisa and Jesse will generate a Google Spreadsheet of license terms from RM for discussion.
