-          CE decision write-up – I meant to get this done and out to you all beforehand, but perhaps we can put a draft together…together.

-          Without CE, we should start to plan for how we want to handle the functions we were going to use CE for.

-          Charleston update – Susan and Jesse were in Charleston and can provide some brief updates on anything relevant to our work.

• Streaming - Several sessions on streaming
  • Kanopy, Alexander St Press, Films Media Group offered different acquisition models - Went with Kanopy PDA.  positively received by faculty.  Complex workflows to manage streaming in general.
  • Susan/Matt/Jesse - streaming models, workflow.on going management of collections with limited terms. 
  • Are there collection development policies to consider/recommend.
  • Simmons/UMass Amherst - Kanopy PDA - quarterly invoicing. average cost per circulation of DVD = ~$20.  PDA with Kanopy was less in time they analyzed.
  • Kanopy hosting price - $39.00 one time, $1/year.
