Client Center slowness - seems to be at random times.  Columbia has experienced slowness quite frequently recently.  Cornell somewhat frequently.

 - Subscribing titles - 20+ minutes for 1 ebook from a list of 60. (Susan)

 - Searched JSTOR as a Provider - clicked on "view details".  It took 3:36 for the title list to appear. (Joyce)
