Confirm we like solution from 9/6/13. If we do:

• Kelly and Oliver need to work out a workflow so that the PDF can be updated in a timely manner. And this must be documented at our wiki.
  Nothing worse than having that data not match the web data!
• Also, Kelly can provide Oliver the past semesters/ years of PDFs since planning for events is informed by past events.

Request to improve CCB seminar information

Make it easy to print current academic year's seminars, both past and future.

• Ensure that printed page is date-stamped with date of last update, with link to where current updates are available.

Repeating seminars and lectures should be maintained on our lectures web page
