Working Group: PR

Accomplishments

• Thank you note draft is done (Jake)
• Min: Presentations are scheduled; demo plant training; start working Jake on the demo plant manual.   

Goals for next week

Brandon

• Fix wiki page about PR contacts-- add info about each organization and why we should contact them
• Look up contact info and project info about WSP

Min

• Hold Demo plant training session
• Schedule 2 people for each of the upcoming presentations
• Work on the demo plant set up guide with Jake (by 4/12)

Jake

• Finish thank you letter
• Work on demo plant set up guide with Min (by 4/12)

Trang

• Write the body of the newsletter
  • Include info about 4 Communities, which teams are working right now (about two sentences from each team leader), updates from Honduras (from Tamar)
  • There are more pictures on the CUAguaClara Picasa site

Chi-Chi

• Work on wiki menus

• TAG writing just about done

Goals for upcoming week

Joe

• Finish TAG submission with Narayana
• Get IAF contact information to call and see if we are pursuing the right grant

Narayana

• Look over and edit the TAG submission and submit it
• Post text of grants that you submitted last semester
  • There are several grants on the wiki page that says they were submitted, but there is no document for them-- Monroe needs a copy of those on the wiki incase the organization calls
